The Measuring Spoons

Bring a little extra magic to outdoor play with our Bamboo Measuring Spoons. Crafted from natural bamboo, this beautiful set is perfect for scooping, measuring and mixing ingredients during mud kitchen adventures, potion-making and sensory play.

Finished with a resilient outdoor sealant, the spoons have an added layer of protection to support longevity through little hands-on adventures.

Measuring and comparing small quantities introduces children to early mathematical concepts in a fun, hands-on way. As little explorers scoop, fill and combine ingredients, they begin developing an understanding of quantity, counting, more and less, and measurement. These simple play experiences also encourage fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, concentration and problem-solving.

Perfect for:

• Mud kitchens and outdoor imaginative play

• Potion-making and nature-inspired concoctions

• Exploring scooping, filling and pouring

• Introducing early maths, counting and measurement

• Developing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

• Encouraging independent, open-ended play

A timeless addition to any mud kitchen or sensory play collection, inspiring curiosity, creativity and meaningful learning through play.

Please note: These measuring spoons are designed for play and are not intended for food preparation or consumption.
