How long does delivery take?
As each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, most items require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across South Africa using trusted national courier partners. For select areas within Gauteng, we also offer direct delivery from our team.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection can be arranged once your order is ready. Collections take place from our premises in Randpark Ridge, Randburg. We’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time.
How long does delivery take once my order is complete
Once your order has been completed, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days within major cities, and up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order. Smaller items may qualify for a flat rate of R135, while larger pieces will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For online purchases, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with South African consumer protection guidelines.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note that personalised or customised items (including name additions or custom-painted pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
In accordance with South African consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is defective, unsafe, or not as described.
We may request photographs to better understand the issue and will work with you to resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service and ensuring the item is securely packaged in its original packaging with adequate protective materials.
For your peace of mind, we strongly advise insuring the parcel to the full value of the item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?
All finishes are thoughtfully selected with children at the forefront. While we prioritise quality and durability in every piece, we recommend that items are used under adult supervision and as intended.
Why does my item look a little different from the photos?
As each piece is made from natural wood, subtle variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of its inherent beauty and individuality.
Colour tones may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Do your products require assembly?
Select larger pieces may require minimal assembly. Everything you need, along with clear instructions, is included. However please feel free to reach out to us if you need any assembly assistance.
What products can be used for outside play?
Yes, many of our pieces can be enjoyed outdoors during play. For longevity, we recommend storing them indoors and avoiding prolonged exposure to rain and harsh sunlight.
Our pieces are crafted from quality materials and, where applicable, may be sealed to offer added protection. However, they are not designed for permanent outdoor use unless otherwise specified
