We take great care in every piece we create, and aim to make your experience as considered and seamless as the products themselves.

Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 3-14 working days. Certain items are kept in stock and may arrive sooner, while others are thoughtfully made or prepared to order.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location within South Africa.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Each piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed.

Returns

We take great care in the design and quality of each piece, and we hope you love your order.

If something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

As each personalised piece is made especially for you, custom or personalised items (including engraved pieces or custom colours) are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us at orders@theplayedit.co.za with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A handling fee of 15% will be applied to all approved returns

This does not apply to items that are faulty or incorrect.

As each piece is designed with care and intention, we encourage thoughtful purchasing before placing your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered on eligible items and follow the same conditions as our returns policy.

As with returns, custom or personalised items are not eligible for exchange.

A handling fee of 15% applies to approved returns and exchanges 

Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at orders@theplayedit.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Where damage is minor and does not affect the function or safety of the product, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as a partial refund or repair.

Please retain all original packaging, as this may be required for assessment or collection

Where necessary, items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
